Store Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our store operations in the Delhi-NCR Region, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring that store operations run smoothly. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, including inward and outward stock movements, and ensure accurate record-keeping using LIFO and FIFO methods.
• Supervise and train staff, including assistant store managers, shift managers, and shift supervisors, to ensure a high level of performance and customer service.
• Coordinate dispatch activities and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
• Experience in a supervisory role, preferably as an assistant store manager or shift incharge.
• Familiarity with dispatch processes and logistics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
