Appium Automation Test Manager - Mobile App Testing (India)

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end mobile automation testing strategy and execution.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile automation frameworks using Appium.
• Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and release validation.
• Lead automation initiatives across mobile applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with Development, Product, and QA teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor and guide QA and automation engineers and establish testing best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall testing processes.

Must-Have Skills &

Experience :

• 10 years of overall experience in Mobile Automation Testing.
• 6 years of hands-on experience with Appium is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of mobile application testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
• Proven experience in leading QA/Test Automation teams.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
