Junior Social Media Marketing Executive (WFH)

About the job:Astro Skool is a social media marketing agency and done-for-you agency for astrologers, numerologists, tarot readers, and spiritual coaches. We help creators grow on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and turn their followers into paying clients. So far we've helped 100+ creators grow their reach and income.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts for our clients.

2. Plan and schedule content calendars and post on time.

3. Write captions, hooks and scripts for Reels, Shorts and carousels.

4. Optimize YouTube videos: titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists.

5. Set up, manage, and optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles, including posts, reviews, and photos.

6. Coordinate with designers and video editors to deliver content.

7. Research trends, audio and competitor content in the spiritual niche.

8. Handle comments and DMs, and track basic performance numbers.

9. Share daily work updates with the team.

Work Setup (Please Read)

You'll stay on an audio call with a team member for the full working day (10 AM - 6:30 PM)

You must have your own laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection. This is required.
