About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

.1. Assist in tracking and tracing shipments across North American transportation networks.

2. Provide timely shipment status and ETA updates to clients and internal teams.

3. Communicate with clients through email and phone regarding pickups, deliveries and shipment status.

4. Coordinate with Dispatch and Operations teams for accurate delivery ETAs and truck availability.

5. Handle customer queries and assist in resolving operational issues.

6. Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare daily/weekly reports.

7. Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders and other logistics partners.

8.
