• Manage allocated overdue accounts and proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of outstanding dues.
• Visits of all the delinquent customers and Feedback Update in system
• Negotiate and structure repayment plans, one-time settlements, and payment commitments aligned with customer capacity and company policy.
• Achieve monthly recovery, roll-back, and productivity targets as defined by the Collections team.
• Record and update all collection activities accurately in the collections managem

Key Responsibilities •    Manage allocated overdue accounts and proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of outstanding dues. •    Visits of all the delinquent customers and Feedback Update in system •    Negotiate and structure repayment plans, one-time settlements, and payment commitments aligned with customer capacity and company policy. •    Achieve monthly recovery, roll-back, and productivity targets as defined by the Collections team. •    Record and update all collection activities accurately in the collections management system, maintaining a complete audit trail. •    Coordinate with internal stakeholders—including operations, legal, and credit teams—for the closure of escalated and complex cases. •    Ensure compliance with RBI fair practices guidelines, and internal code of conduct at all times. •    Identify patterns in delinquent accounts and provide feedback to help improve underwriting and collection strategies. •    Maintain professional and empathetic communication standards while handling disputes and customer grievances.Good communication and negotiation skills Mandatory: DRA certified  Strong convincing and follow-up ability Basic computer knowledge Ability to work in a target-driven environment experienced candidates can apply Two Wheeler is must
