Comfortable with ambiguity: in a founder's office the job is whatever moves the platform forward that weekAbout Company:UNI is a global platform where design ideas graduate. Architects, designers and students from 161 countries use UNI to enter juried design competitions, publish their work, and build portfolios that practitioners worldwide actually see.

We have run over 750 open competitions, published 9,000+ projects and 17,000+ journal articles, and grown to more than 280,000 members. Between 1,500 and 5,000 designers use the platform every day.

Behind all of it is a small team in New Delhi. Much of our engineering now runs on AI agents directed by a compact founder's office, which means whoever joins us sits close to the decisions and ships work that reaches real users in days, not quarters. It is an unusual place to learn: part design community, part product company, and small enough that your work is visible from the first week.
