Corporate Solution Analyst Job Title Corporate Solution Analyst Job Description Summary As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will be an essential part of our Workday technical team, responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of Workday solutions. Job Description 1. 3-5 years of workday Experience in HCM or Finance modules 2. 3+ years of strong Workday development experience using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), calculated fields, transformations, and custom reports 3. Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) 4. Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, vendors) to gather requirements and define integration strategies. 5. Strong knowledge on workday Studio and XSLT 6. Good Knowledge Workday business process 7. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues; perform root cause analysis and implement fixes. 8. Stay updated on Workday releases and new features; recommend and implement improvement 9. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. 10.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
