BodhiStack is looking for a motivated and communication-focused Business Development professional to help us generate new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and build long-term client relationships.

What Youll Do

Generate and research potential leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and other channels.

Connect with potential clients and introduce our software development services.

Understand client business needs, challenges, and project requirements.

Conduct client calls/meetings and handle initial requirement discussions.

Prepare and communicate proposals, quotations, and project scopes.

Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Coordinate with the technical team to understand feasibility, timelines, and project requirements.

Maintain lead/prospect information and regularly follow up on opportunities.

Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.

What Were Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of IT/software development services.

Ability to understand business requirements and communicate them clearly.

Experience in B2B sales, business development, IT services, or software development is preferred.

Confident in client calls, negotiations, and follow-ups.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Ability to build genuine professional relationships.
