About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 0–1 year of experience to join our growing team at our Greater Noida office.

Freshers with a strong understanding of digital marketing and PPC are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, analytical, and interested in managing paid advertising campaigns and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Monitor campaign performance, including CPC, CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.

Support lead generation campaigns and work towards improving lead quality.

Conduct basic keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaigns.

Monitor campaigns on a daily basis and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare regular campaign performance reports.

Assist in optimizing campaigns to improve conversions and reduce CPL.

Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to improve campaign performance.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing.

Assist in managing advertising budgets effectively.

Requirements

0–1 year of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.

Freshers with relevant knowledge or certifications in digital marketing can apply.

Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Understanding of CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROI.

Basic knowledge of keyword research and audience targeting.

Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) will be an advantage.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Candidates with internship experience in digital marketing, PPC, lead generation, or paid advertising will be preferred.
