Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.

2. Utilizing MS Excel to track and analyze HR data, including employee performance metrics and recruitment statistics.

3. Supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining employee records.

4. Enhancing communication within the organization through writing clear and concise emails, memos, and announcements.

5. Collaborating with ChatGPT to provide efficient and personalized responses to employee inquiries and HR-related issues.

6. Participating in training sessions and workshops to expand your knowledge of HR practices and industry trends.

7. Contributing ideas and feedback to improve HR processes and enhance employee engagement at Optima Learn.
