Looking For Production Engineer

Role OverviewAs a Senior Engineer, you will be the backbone of our shop-floor operations, bridging technical execution with stringent quality control. You will take direct ownership of production schedules, machine optimization (Traub, CNC, and Cold Forging), and end-to-end quality assurance under ISO frameworks. This is not a desk job; we need an active, on-the-floor leader who can drive efficiency, mentor shop-floor teams, and ensure zero-defect dispatches.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management: Drive daily production schedules across cold forging headers, Traub automats, and CNC/VMC machining centers to ensure 95%+ schedule fulfillment.Process Optimization: Oversee critical secondary operations including thread rolling, surface grinding, and precision drilling.Quality Assurance & Compliance: Spearhead online checking, in-process quality audits, and final dimensional inspections.
