Position: Executive-Counter Sales & Customer Service

Location: Palam Airport , Delhi

Job Summary

Pansari is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Executive Sales to join our team at T3, Airport. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry, along with hands-on experience in counter billing, customer handling, and upselling.

Key Responsibilities

Handle counter billing and POS operations accurately and efficiently.

Welcome customers and assist them with their requirements.

Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling of food and beverage products.

Explain products, offers, and promotions to customers.

Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.

Achieve assigned sales and upselling targets.

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the sales counter.

Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

Follow company policies, SOPs, and service standards.

Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Candidate Requirements

13 years of relevant experience in Sales / Counter Sales / Retail / Food & Beverage with positive personality with customer-handling skills.

Prior experience in counter billing and POS operations preferred F&B; experience.

Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Candidates with a nearby location preferred.
