We are an  AI-driven, technology-first publishing company , using technology and automation to make publishing faster, simpler and more transparent for authors. Role Overview: We are looking for a  Publishing Operations Manager  to manage book projects from manuscript readiness to final publishing. The role involves author coordination, book production, quality checks and publishing partner management. Key Responsibilities: Author Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for authors and guide them through the publishing process, approvals and timelines. Book Production Get books publishing-ready by coordinating formatting, cover design, print-ready PDFs, eBooks and required corrections. Quality Checks Verify final files, book details, ISBN, metadata, pricing and other information before books are sent for publishing. Publishing & Partner Coordination Submit approved files and book details to printing/distribution partners and track them until successful publishing and listing. Project Management Manage multiple books simultaneously, track timelines, pending actions and approvals, and ensure projects move forward on time. Process & Technology Use Lumina's dashboards, CRM, AI tools and automation to manage workflows and improve publishing efficiency. Reporting Maintain accurate project records and regularly highlight delays, bottlenecks and pending actions to the leadership team. Requirements Experience:  1–3 years in publishing, project management, operations, client servicing or a related role is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication in  English and Hindi . Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach. Comfortable working with technology, CRM, Google Workspace and project-management tools. Basic understanding of book formatting, covers, PDFs, ISBN and publishing processes preferred. Working knowledge of Canva and/or basic design experience is desirable. Experience with Adobe InDesign, Acrobat or similar publishing/design tools is an advantage.
