In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the US telecom sector. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will engage with customers through various channels, including voice and chat, to deliver timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and chats, addressing inquiries and providing solutions in a professional manner.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our systems.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in customer support or service, preferably in an international BPO environment.
• Familiarity with telecom services and products is a plus.

• Proficiency in using computers and customer support software.
