Business Head - Digital

Your responsibilities:  Efficiently managing the client's portfolio and ensuring excellent customer service through the accurate and timely delivery of service and campaigns to the client as per the requirement.Build digital marketing roadmap & proposals for clients which include social media, influencer, PR & performance marketing campaigns.Participating in and Leading brainstorms for New business opportunities Total client satisfaction, and for ensuring that regular reviews are conducted with the clientMaintaining high levels of engagement for all your clients through the team.Should be able to establish trust with both external and internal stakeholders and be the primary point of contact for all the matters concerning the client.Support senior management on crisis management issues, if requiredStay current on social media channels, trends and analytical toolsIncorporate digital and social strategies into Integrated Communications programs to support client objectives and work with digital innovations group to develop and execute digital strategies Manage and train the rest of the team Measure ROI and KPIsPrepare and manage the digital marketing budget for clientsMotivate digital marketing team to achieve goals Collaborate and coordinate with internal functional teams to create marketing/ campaign plansMonitor competition and provide suggestions for improvementKeep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaignsMap out how digital assets will be optimized for business resultsAdhere to processes and systemsPresent to Senior Management Skill sets/Experience we require:Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Digital MarketingGood knowledge of all different digital marketing channelsA self-starting attitude and an open outlookResilience under pressure and against deadlinesCritical thinker and problem-solving skills Good time-management skillsWell versed with MS OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation skillsStrong analytical and project management skillsTeam player; Skills in managing people, projects and resourcesAgency experience is mandatory Pedigree:  •     Bachelors’ degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science or equivalent
