Collection Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Collection Manager to join our team in Gujarat or Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing collections for auto loans and commercial vehicle loans, with a focus on fieldwork and effective collection strategies. As a Collection Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the collections process, ensuring that targets are met while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery rates on auto and commercial vehicle loans.
• Manage a team of collection agents, providing training and support to enhance their performance.
• Conduct field visits to assess collection opportunities and build relationships with clients.
• Monitor and analyze collection metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless collection process and address any customer concerns.
• Prepare regular reports on collection performance and present findings to senior management.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Collection Manager or similar role, particularly in the auto loan and commercial vehicle loan sectors.
• Strong understanding of collection processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Proficient in using collection software and tools.
• Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel for fieldwork.
