Required SkillsKnowledge of fabrication tools, equipment, and fitting techniques. Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings. Knowledge of dimensional inspection and measurement tools. Experience in plate fabrication, structural fabrication, or pipe fabrication. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good attention to detail and commitment to safety. Qualification and ExperienceITI in Fitter, Welder, or a relevant trade is preferred. 2–5 years of relevant fabrication experience is preferred. Freshers with relevant ITI qualifications may also be considered, depending on company requirements.
