About the job:Key responsibilities:

1.Handle incoming enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.

2.make outbound calls to assigned leads and proactively follow up until closure

3.Answer the incoming calls and return missed calls promptly, including outside regular office hours during agreed coverage periods.

4. understand customer requirements, share qutations , negotiate within approved pricing and close booking.

5. Achieve monthly target and maximise revenue through upselling and repeat bussiness

6.
