We are looking for a dedicated and motivated HR Trainee to join our team in Palakkad. The ideal candidate will assist the HR department in various functions and gain valuable experience in the field.Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Support: Assist in the hiring process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates to keep them informed.- Employee Onboarding: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive the necessary training and information to integrate smoothly into the company.- HR Documentation: Maintain employee records and documentation, ensuring that all files are organized and up-to-date for easy access.- Employee Engagement: Participate in organizing team-building activities and events aimed at enhancing employee morale and engagement within the workplace.- Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring employee performance and providing feedback to management regarding any concerns or achievements.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should hold a / MBA in HR degree and have 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
