Who are we looking for?

5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience

Lead generation expert - you build your own pipeline from scratch

End-to-end sales experience - cold outreach to closure

Experience selling to Indian and global markets (US/EU/EMEA/APAC)

Comfortable with in-person client meetings

Consistent quota achiever with hunter mentality

What will you do?

Generate qualified leads independently through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and networking

Own the complete sales cycle - prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closure

Research and identify ideal customer profiles and decision-makers

Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and deliver tailored demos

Meet prospects in person to build relationships and close deals

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across target markets

Exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and revenue

Manage CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and report on pipeline metrics
