Project Lead - B2B Industrial Project Management

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large industrial projects valued at 5 Cr+ from planning to completion.

Take overall responsibility for project execution, timelines, cost, quality and deliverables.

Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders.

Prepare project plans, track progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Monitor project budgets, identify risks and take corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to the Project Manager.

Resolve execution-related issues and ensure smooth coordination across functions.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5 to 7 years of B2B industrial project management experience.

Experience handling large-value projects of 5 Cr+.

Strong project planning, execution and stakeholder management skills.

Good communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Engineering/technical qualification preferred.
