About BetaxLab

BetaxLab is building an AI-powered customer engagement platform that helps Shopify and eCommerce brands automate WhatsApp marketing, recover abandoned carts, reduce COD RTO, and streamline business workflows.

About the Role

As a Founder's Office Associate, you'll partner closely with the founder across marketing, growth, customer acquisition, content, partnerships, and product launches.

This isn't a traditional marketing role. You'll wear multiple hats, experiment with new ideas, and have a direct impact on company growth.

No two days will be the same.

What You'll DoGrowth Marketing

Launch and optimize Meta Ads campaigns

Support Google Ads and performance marketing initiatives

Improve landing page conversions

Generate and qualify B2B leads

Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements

Content & Brand

Create LinkedIn, Instagram, and X content

Publish blogs and product updates

Coordinate YouTube videos and short-form content

Build marketing assets using Canva and AI tools

Founder’s Office

Conduct competitor and market research

Identify partnership opportunities

Prepare reports and presentations

Support product launches and GTM initiatives

Assist with strategic projects across the business

Customer & Product

Speak with customers to gather feedback

Understand merchant pain points

Help improve onboarding and customer experience

Work closely with the product team on new feature launches

Community & Networking

Attend startup and eCommerce events in Jaipur

Build relationships with founders, agencies, and Shopify partners

Represent BetaxLab within the startup ecosystem

What We're Looking For

0–2 years of experience (Freshers with exceptional skills are encouraged to apply)

Excellent communication skills in English

Strong problem-solving mindset

Curious, proactive, and willing to learn quickly

Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

High ownership and attention to detail

Bonus Points

Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads

Shopify or eCommerce knowledge

SEO and content marketing experience

Canva or Figma skills

Basic video editing

Startup or SaaS experience

Familiarity with analytics tools
