About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with drivers, fleet owners, and internal teams until delivery is completed

2. Manage complaints and escalations during the journey management of assigned vehicles

3. Follow up on vehicle placements, track vehicles, and coordinate with fleet owners, customers, and drivers

4. Resolve issues and follow up until closure

5. Enter trip details into desktop or mobile applications

6. Handle and train customers on mobile and desktop applications

7. Prepare daily MIS reports for different clients

8. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

9. Follow up to ensure appropriate action is taken on customer requests

10. Escalate unresolved customer grievances or special requests to the operations manager

11. Communicate extensively with multiple stakeholders daily through calls and other communication channels

12.
