Role OverviewPosition: Merchandiser - Plush ToysLocation: Greater Noida (Work from Office)Experience & CTC: 4–6 Years Education: Graduate (Textile preferred)Core Objective: Manage end-to-end order execution—from buyer communication and product costing to sampling, production tracking, quality compliance, and timely export shipment.Key ResponsibilitiesBuyer & Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for buyer inquiries, quotations, order confirmations, and relationship management.Sampling & Costing: Oversee sample development/approvals and build detailed product costing sheets to meet target gross margins.Sourcing & Production: Coordinate with sourcing for fabrics, fillings, and trims, while monitoring factory production schedules to prevent delays.Quality & Logistics: Partner with QA to enforce safety and product standards, and coordinate with export/logistics teams for final documentation and dispatch.Key Requirements & SkillsTechnical: Strong background in plush/soft toys or textiles, product costing, sourcing, production tracking, export documentation, MS Excel, and ERP systems.Behavioral: High attention to detail, negotiation skills, multi-order management, and strong cross-functional coordination.
