1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

2. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

3. Assist with onboarding new employees and organizing orientation sessions.

4. Support the development and implementation of employee training programs.

5. Assist with performance management processes and employee relations.

6. Maintain HR records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
