SAP Hybris Developer

SAP Hybris Developer Qualifications: Education : Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : At least 3 years of experience working with SAP Hybris. Technical Skills : Basic understanding of Java, Spring Framework, RESTful web services, and API integrations. Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Communication : Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Certifications : Certifications in SAP Hybris, Agile methodologies, and other relevant areas are a plus. Should have experience in interaction with customer. Experience in application support & maintenance projects adds value. Knowing O1 and O2 support process. Tasks & Responsibilities: L2 Support Incident Management Service Requests User Provisioning and Access Management Ongoing Operations activities Transition from existing team Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Hybris platform. Technical Support : Provide technical guidance and support to other team members. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of the development process and solutions. Client Interaction: Translate business objectives into technical solutions and ensure client satisfaction. L3 Support Analysis, Design, Build/Change, Unit/System Testing Create and implement SAP Implement customizations and extensions on the Hybris platform. Hybris-based e-commerce solutions. Configurations, Code Fixes and Data Loads Release management activities L2 and L3 coordination with product Owners, Customer co-ordination groups. L2 and L3 related coordination with cross-functional teams including business analysts, designers, and other developers. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. The service is expected to provide as per the list in below table.
