About the Role

We're looking for an HR Operations & Payroll Executive to take ownership of day-to-day HR operations, monthly payroll and the complete employee lifecycle. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Jaipur office, working closely with leadership and team members.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including collecting and verifying payroll inputs

Maintain attendance, leave, LOP and employee records

Handle employee onboarding, documentation and lifecycle activities

Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS) and prepare HR reports

Manage exit formalities and Full & Final Settlement

Resolve day-to-day employee queries and payroll-related concerns

Coordinate with payroll/statutory consultants and HR vendors

Requirements

24 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and payroll

Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and Indian labour laws (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity)

Good working knowledge of MS Excel for payroll and HR reporting

Familiarity with HRMS or payroll software is a plus

Ability to manage multiple HR activities and meet payroll deadlines

Good communication skills and the ability to handle employee information confidentially

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field preferred
