Looking For Field Engineer

Previous experience in POS, retail technology, IT support, hardware support, desktop support, or field service. Experience installing and supporting POS machines and retail peripherals. Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, routers, switches, and basic network troubleshooting. Experience with Windows OS installation and troubleshooting. Experience with Ethernet cable laying, crimping, termination, and patching. Experience handling customer technical support or service calls.
