Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global CMO/CDMO business strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth.Lead international business development by acquiring and managing strategic pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers across regulated markets.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing CMO/CDMO business development team while fostering collaboration across R&D, Regulatory, QA, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.Provide strategic direction for customer engagement, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.Work closely with R&D and technical teams to identify customer requirements and develop customized development and manufacturing solutions.Establish long-term partnerships with global pharmaceutical and biotech companies.Represent the company at international conferences, customer meetings, and industry forums.Drive organizational capability, talent development, and operational excellence within the CMO/CDMO business.

Qualifications

Post Graduate in Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related Life Sciences discipline (MBA is an added advantage).

10-20years of experience in the pharmaceutical/CDMO industry,Proven track record in developing international CMO/CDMO business and leading multidisciplinary teams.Strong understanding of API development, process development, technology transfer, regulatory requirements, GMP, and commercial manufacturing.Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. .
