Production Head - Nashik

Key Responsibilities & DutiesOperational & Production Management:Plan, execute, and direct overall production schedules to meet customer delivery deadlines and quality specifications.Optimize line balancing, capacity planning, material usage, and shop-floor productivity.Monitor daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), line yield, scrap rates, and output volume.Process Improvement & Quality Excellence:Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices across all production lines.Identify operational bottlenecks, root causes of equipment downtime, and execute corrective action plans (CAPA).Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to maintain high quality standards and minimize rework/rejection rates.Resource & Inventory Optimization:Coordinate with Purchase and Store departments to ensure seamless availability of raw materials and tooling.Drive cost-reduction programs, minimize material wastage, and optimize energy and resource utilization.Team Leadership & Plant Safety:Lead, mentor, and evaluate supervisors, shop-floor engineers, technicians, and operators.Establish safety protocols (EHS), ensure compliance with factory regulations, and promote a zero-accident environment.Conduct skill-gap analyses and organize training programs for shop-floor personnel.Reporting & Cross-Functional Alignment:Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.Collaborate with Maintenance, R&D/Design, HR, and Supply Chain functions to resolve operational challenges promptly.Experience6 - 10 YearsNo. of Openings1EducationGraduate (B.Tech/B.E)RoleProduction HeadIndustry TypeManufacturing / Production / QualityGender[ Male / Female ]Job CountryIndiaType of JobFull TimeWork Location TypeWork from OfficeFace Interview LocationImpact HR and KM Solutions Near Canada Corner Signal Ravi Chambers Basements Below Laminate Gallery, Nashik
