Senior Secondary (12th) with minimum 50% marks, ORGraduation in any discipline.Diploma/Certificate in Nursery Teacher Education (NTT) / ECCE, minimum 2-year duration, recognized by NCTE/State authority.B.Ed. with Pre-Primary/ECCE specialization may also be accepted.Additional Skills / Preferred Knowledge:

Knowledge of the Montessori method and early childhood education practices.Basic computer literacy.Good communication skills in English and Hindi.Ability to handle and engage young children with patience and care.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging and age-appropriate learning activities for Nursery, LKG and UKG students.Plan and implement play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning activities.Develop childrens basic academic, social, emotional, communication, and motor skills.Create a safe, positive, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.Monitor students participation, learning progress, behaviour, and development.Maintain regular communication with parents regarding childrens progress and classroom activities.Assist in organizing school events, celebrations, activities, and other co-curricular programmes.Maintain classroom records and complete assigned academic and administrative tasks on timeWork Location: In person .
