With strong financial backing and a team of over 200 professionals, we are on a mission to build a scalable and impactful education platform.Location : HyderabadAbout the RoleDrive brand awareness, enroll students into free programs, and convert them into paid subscribers. You’ll work closely with parents, students, and schools, managing the full customer lifecycle through field sales and engagement.Compensation● 7 LPA { 5lpa Fixed + 2lpa Variable + Travel Allowance}○ For the first 2 months(Probation): 25k + Travel Allowance.○ Post-probation (full-time) : 7 LPA (5lpa Fixed + 2lpa variable + Travel Allowance)Locations: Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Chennai & Hyderabad.Key Responsibilities● Activate schools and promote UPRIO’s platform● Enroll students into free trial batches● Convert free users into paid subscribers● Drive renewals, retention, and follow-upsRequired Skills & Qualifications● Good communication Skills● Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.● Willingness to travel and work on the field
