Casekaro is a design-led D2C phone-case brand inspired by pop culture, fandom, and everyday creativity. We are growing our e-commerce business and are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer to help scale customer acquisition and revenue.

Role overview

You will manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, test current growth opportunities, and work closely with our creative, content, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Track and optimize ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue.
• Test creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
• Manage campaign budgets and daily performance monitoring.
• Set up and review conversion tracking and analytics.
• Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing campaigns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• E-commerce or D2C experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of funnels, tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization.
• Analytical mindset with a bias toward testing and execution.
• Willingness to work full-time from our Dahisar East, Mumbai office.
