About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team in generating leads, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and supporting the team in converting enquiries into business opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, messages, and other channels. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication. Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about our services. Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations. Maintain and update lead and client information in the CRM/system. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups. Participate in client meetings and sales discussions when required. Assist in converting qualified leads into confirmed events. Track follow-ups, sales activities, and lead status. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Good follow-up and negotiation abilities. Basic knowledge of Google Spreadsheet, and PowerPoint. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
