Telecalling - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:We are looking for a dynamic telecalling intern to join our team at Repute Media Group! If you have strong knowledge of MS Excel and excellent English and Hindi communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set up meetings.

2. Maintaining accurate records of interactions in MS Excel for future reference.

3. Following up with clients via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Assisting in creating and implementing telecalling scripts for different campaigns.

5. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints.

6. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and goals.

7. Participating in training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.
