Senior Technical Sales Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and sales background in the electrical control panel segment, with a focus on business development and lead generation. This role involves developing and managing key industrial client accounts, providing technical solution selling, and conducting customer requirement analysis. The candidate should possess the ability to understand electrical schematics, single line diagrams (SLDs), panel general arrangement (GA) drawings, and layouts. Responsibilities include client meetings, technical presentations, and negotiations, as well as coordination with design, engineering, and production teams. The Senior Technical Sales Engineer will also be involved in tendering and contract management, project coordination, commissioning support, and after-sales service. A willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits is essential. Candidates must have a Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and relevant experience in handling industrial clients and EPC contractors.
