Retail Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Relationship Manager to join our team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, particularly in the areas of Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service and a strong understanding of retail banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail banking customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Promote CASA products and services to potential and existing customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve branch targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their banking needs are met and to identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
• Prepare and present reports on customer feedback and market insights to management.
