Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Spaceout runs outbound for AI and SaaS companies - we find the right people, say the right thing, and book the meetings that turn into revenue. We're hiring a Junior Business Development rep to join the engine room.

This is a launchpad role. No sales experience required - just hunger, good writing, and the discipline to do the reps. We'll teach you the rest.

What you'll do

Research target accounts and find the real humans behind them

Run daily multi-channel outreach across email and LinkedIn

Personalize messaging by role, industry, and pain point — no spray-and-pray

Book qualified discovery calls and demos for our clients

Keep a clean CRM and learn what makes outreach actually convert

You might be a fit if you

Have 0–2 years of experience and want a real shot at a sales career

Write well and aren't afraid to send the message

Are organized, coachable, and consistent — outbound rewards reps who show up daily

Are curious about AI tools and already experimenting with them
