About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Manage daily domestic and international dispatch operations.

2. Generate AWBs and coordinate shipments with courier partners.

3. Track shipments until delivery, RTO, or final closure.

4. Follow up on delayed, lost, damaged, or failed deliveries.

5. Maintain dispatch, POD, RTO, and delivery status records.

6. Prepare and update daily MIS and shipment tracking reports.

7. Coordinate with warehouse teams for packing and dispatch.

8. Verify addresses, PIN codes, weights, and shipping documents.

9. Handle client shipment updates and courier-related queries.

10.
