Senior Presales Executive

𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗟𝗘: 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 📍 Location: Bangalore 💼 Experience: 1–4 years 🏢 Industry: Real Estate 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales to join the team. The role involves connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into site visits and sales opportunities. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers. • Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences. • Explain project details, USPs, pricing and available inventory. • Qualify leads and identify genuine sales prospects. • Schedule and coordinate site visits for qualified leads. • Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain accurate lead records. • Coordinate closely with the Sales team for lead conversion. • Update CRM with calls, follow-ups, site visits and lead status. • Achieve assigned calling, site-visit and conversion targets.
