The Co-Founder We’re Looking For

I'm looking for a business-focused co-founder who can complement the technical/product side of the company.

You would take ownership of areas such as:

Business strategy and business model

Go-to-market and customer acquisition

Sales and business development

Temple partnerships and operations

Growth strategy

Unit economics and financial planning

Fundraising strategy

Building relationships with angel investors and VCs

Preparing pitch decks, financial models and investor materials

Helping take the company from 0 → 1

Prior startup, business development, fundraising, consulting, sales, or entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus.

You don't need to have raised VC funding before. What matters more is that you understand how startups are built, can take ownership, and are willing to figure things out rather than wait for someone else to provide the answers.

What I Bring

I handle the technology and product side, including:

Full-stack development

AI/ML

Product development

Prototyping

Technical architecture

Building and shipping the initial product

I also have experience working on multiple startup/hackathon projects and taking products from an idea to a working prototype.

Stage, Equity & Fundraising

We are currently at the very early stage with an initial product prototype.

This is a co-founder position, not a salaried job. We currently don't have a salary budget.

The compensation will be equity-based, with the equity split discussed based on commitment, experience, responsibilities, and contribution.

Our plan is to validate the business quickly and pursue external investment as soon as we have sufficient traction and a strong investment case, with the goal of using funding to accelerate product development, customer acquisition, temple partnerships, and overall business growth.

I'm looking for someone who wants to be actively involved in building the business and fundraising strategy, rather than simply joining after funding has been secured.
