Loan Collection Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Loan Collection Executive to join our team in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, or Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the collection of loans, specifically focusing on vehicle and auto loans. This role is crucial in ensuring that our loan portfolio remains healthy and that we maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely loan repayments.
• Manage collections for vehicle loans and auto loans, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate smooth collection processes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential issues and provide solutions to clients facing difficulties in repayment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of collections and client interactions.
• Report on collection activities and provide insights to management for strategy development.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of collections processes, particularly in the context of NBFCs.
• Experience in loan collection, specifically for vehicle and auto loans.
