About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers who make enquiries through Interakt/WhatsApp but have not completed their orders.

• Follow up on pending, incomplete, or abandoned orders.

• Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting suitable dishes, combos, and quantities.

• Convert customer enquiries into confirmed delivery or takeaway orders.

• Upsell relevant dishes, combos, add-ons, and ongoing offers.

• Inform customers about new menu items, promotions, and special offers.

• Handle customer queries related to menu items, pricing, availability, and orders.

• Maintain a professional and friendly conversation with customers.

• Follow up with customers to improve conversions and encourage repeat orders.

• Coordinate with the restaurant/operations team regarding order-related requirements or customer concerns.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and order conversions.

• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

• Support customer engagement and repeat-order initiatives.

• Prepare basic daily reports related to calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
