This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong salon management experience and wants to take responsibility for the growth and performance of a professional salon. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage daily salon operations and staff • Drive daily & monthly sales targets • Monitor employee performance and productivity • Handle customers and resolve complaints professionally • Manage appointments, billing and inventory • Ensure excellent service quality, hygiene and grooming standards • Increase repeat customers, bookings and service sales • Prepare daily sales and staff performance reports • Support promotions and salon marketing activities WE ARE LOOKING FOR✔ 2–3+ years of experience as a Salon Manager / Senior Salon Supervisor ✔ Strong knowledge of salon operations ✔ Excellent customer handling and communication skills ✔ Proven ability to manage and motivate a team ✔ Strong sales and target-oriented mindset ✔ Responsible, professional and confident personality ✔ Basic computer/Excel knowledge 💰 SALARY: ₹20,000–₹30,000 + PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES 📍 Location: Baner–Pashan Link Road, Pune 🕐 Job Type: Full-Time IMPORTANT:  Candidates with proven salon management experience and a track record of handling staff and sales will be preferred.
