Job Title: Customer service executive - International Voice Process

Location: Navi Mumbai / Thane

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: upto 30,000 per month

Joining Bonus: 0-25k (Vary process to Process)

Performance Incentive: 2,750

Travel Allowance: 3,500 (1,250 one side)

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience (mandatory)

Excellent communication skills in English

Graduate qualification required

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice sales services

Engage with international customers to understand business needs and recommend solutions

Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver highquality customer experience

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with team members to drive performance and meet business goals
