Participate in store promotions, festive campaigns, and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth. Required Skills & Competencies: Prior retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery retail. Strong interest and knowledge in jewellery and gemstones. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused approach with a friendly and professional attitude. Ability to achieve sales targets and deliver superior customer service. High attention to detail and good organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
