About the RoleWe're looking for a delivery leader with deep expertise in Solar PV, Wind, Substations, Transmission & Distribution, and Power Systems Engineering to build and scale a world-class offshore engineering practice. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn BU delivery, margins, utilization, and operational KPIs.Lead multidisciplinary offshore engineering teams.Ensure technical quality across renewable and power system projects.Drive client delivery, governance, and engineering excellence.Build technical capability and delivery automation.We're Looking For15+ years in Energy, Utilities, or Power Systems Engineering.Leadership experience managing global/offshore engineering teams.Strong knowledge of Solar PV, Wind, Substations, T&D, ETAP, PLS-CADD, Bentley Substation, Revit MEP, and Civil 3D.Experience working with North American utility clients preferred.If you're passionate about building engineering teams for the energy transition, we'd love to connect. .
