Role: Manager Procurement & SCM [Import/ Export]Exp 7-12 YearsLocation: South DelhiRole Objective: End to End coordination for Imports of Furnishing and Fixture in India and oversee Procurement, Logistics, SCM, Inventory Controls and vendors management. Key Job Responsibilities:A.Import CoordinationTrack all import shipments (factory to port, port to warehouse)Handle customs clearance and documentationLiaise with freight forwarders and CHA agentsB.Inventory & DocumentationMaintain records of shipments, packing lists, and invoicesCoordinate HS codes, BOE entries, and tax documents with accountsC.Vendor Coordination and CommunicationCoordinate with overseas and in India factories for timelines, production updates, packaging, and dispatchManage QC Reports, Approvals and Loading schedulesMust be fluent in English, Hindi and Cantonese will be a plus D.Delivery & Dispatch (India-side)Coordinate container offloading, QC at warehouse, and repackagingSchedule deliveries to client sites with branded packagingAlign with sales and operations team for timelinesPreferred Candidate attributes:Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration,Strong knowledge of International Trade Laws, Customs Regulations and Compliance requirements relevant to Furnishing, Funirture and Design preferred. Shall have 510 years in international logistics or supply chain Furniture or Retail domain preferredEnd to End Coordination with Vendors or Production at FactoriesFamiliar with shipping logistics, warehousing, and port clearancesStrong in English, and ideally familiar with Mandarin basicsTech-friendly: knows Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and Google Sheets .
