About the job:You'll be handling multiple brands at Vichitra Co. Which means one minute you might be figuring out how to make a real-estate reel interesting. The next minute you're planning a cafe campaign. And 20 minutes later, someone is asking: Caption?

Key responsibilities:

1. Brainstorm reels, carousels, stories and campaign ideas with the team.

2. Learn how to build monthly content calendars for different kinds of brands.

3. Write hooks, captions, scripts and copy and get better at it with every project.

4. Spot trends, references and interesting things happening online.

5. Research brands, competitors and what people are actually responding to.

6. Be part of shoots and see how an idea goes from a rough thought to final content.

7. Help manage posting, scheduling, comments and DMs.

8. Sit in on client conversations and slowly learn how to understand feedback, ask the right questions and turn it into better work.

9. Keep track of content, approvals and deadlines so everything moves smoothly.

10.
