Key Account Manager - E-commerce

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager - E-commerce to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing key accounts within the e-commerce sector, particularly with platforms like Flipkart. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance and achieving GMV growth through effective account management and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement account strategies that align with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand the business through upselling and cross-selling.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and growth initiatives to senior management.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the e-commerce industry.
